I’m Clare, the founder of Kent Coastal Concierge, providing thoughtful, reliable and professional concierge support across Kent.

My career has been built around property, hospitality, events and operations, working in environments where organisation, communication and attention to detail are not simply desirable — they’re essential.

​

Earlier in my career, I worked in high-end event management, planning and coordinating events from the initial idea through to delivery and on the day management. This involved managing suppliers, overseeing logistics, working to deadlines and budgets, and making sure that every detail was taken care of. It taught me how to stay calm under pressure, anticipate what needs to happen next and, importantly, make things feel effortless for the people I’m supporting.

My experience also extends into property management and business operations, where I have managed contractors, coordinated works, streamlined processes and helped ensure properties are maintained to a high standard. I particularly enjoy bringing order to the things that can otherwise become time-consuming or difficult to manage.

In my earlier career, I had the privilege of supporting families, which has given me a real appreciation for the trust that comes with working within someone’s home and personal life. As a mum myself, I understand first-hand how busy life can become when you’re juggling work, family, home and everything in between.

​

My experience in premium accommodation has also given me a strong understanding of what goes into creating a welcoming, well-managed home. From preparing a property for guests to overseeing the small details that make a stay feel seamless, I know that it is often the things you don’t notice that make the biggest difference.

​

Living in Whitstable, I know the area well and understand the demands of modern life. Balancing work, family, home and everything in between can leave very little time for the things that simply need to get done. That’s where I come in.

I established The Kent Coast Concierge because I wanted to offer a genuinely personal service — one built around trust, reliability and understanding what my clients actually need. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I take the time to get to know you, understand your preferences and anticipate what needs doing, so you can spend less time thinking about the details and more time enjoying your time.

For me, good concierge support is about more than simply ticking tasks off a list. It’s about being someone you can rely on, knowing that when something is in my hands, it will be taken care of properly.
